Remote Online Notarization: As a result of the pandemic, on March 19, 2020, New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo signed Executive Order Number 202.7 [as extended] which now allows limited remote notarization until June 25, 2021. This option is **no longer available** as, NYS Executive Order 210 rescinded Executive Order 202.11 effective June 25, 2021, which cancels all Virtual Notary Service.
